Cancellation Policy. 

A non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure your appointment.


If you are unable to make your appointment or need to re-schedule you must give 24hours notice in writing (via text message or email). Anything less will be deemed as a ‘no-show’ and you will be charged for 50% of the full treatment cost (removing any discounts applied).


Please let us know if you are running late. Whilst we try to be accommodating, any attendance later than 10minutes will be seen as a ‘no-show’ and the above cancellation policy will apply.


Any refunds will be made entirely at Glow Medical Aesthetics discretion, and will be subject to a booking fee charged by our online payment provider.

Covid19 Vaccination Policy. 

We are unable to perform any aesthetic treatments at Glow Medical Aesthetics 3 weeks before or after Covid19 Vaccination administration. It is irrelevant whether the vaccination is 1st, 2nd or booster - The same policy continues to apply. 


If your appointment at Glow Medical Aesthetics clashes with your COVID19 Vaccination appointment please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.



The COVID19 Vaccination appointment takes priority over any aesthetic treatment appointment, so please do not cancel your vaccination appointment.

Repeat HA Filler Policy. 

We invite clients for an appointment to asses the tissue surrounding the HA Filler administration site to ensure all settled & healed from previous treatment and therefore appropriate for repeat treatment if required.


Please do not be offended if Glow Medical Aesthetics staff advise a further amount of weeks for repeat treatment. This is for your health & safety.

Covid19 Risk Reduction Policy. 

If you have any symptoms of Covid19, are feeling unwell, have been in contact with anyone who is unwell or tested positive within the last 14 days please do not attend your appointment.


Upon entering the salon please ensure you use the hand sanitiser provided, and keep any contact to a minimum.


Please wear a face covering at all times.


Please observe social distancing rules at all times where possible.


Please arrive to your appointment alone.


Due to the pandemic we are no longer accepting cash payments - Please ensure you bring a card to pay via contactless.

Conflict of Interest Policy. 

Due to the NHS Roles our staff are employed in, we reserve the right to decline individuals as clients of Glow Medical Aesthetics if known to staff through their NHS roles.


This is deemed a conflict of interest and goes against the Nursing & Midwifery Councils Code of Conduct that legally all registered nurses must abide by.


If this issue occurs we are more than happy to refer individuals to another Medical Aesthetic Injector.

Record Keeping Policy. 

All clients personal information (including images) are held in a secure way and are kept for 5 years in accordance with the GDPR guidelines.


All business have a legal duty of care to their clients to join the Information Commissioners Office Register ensuring that all information is held in a safe and legal way and is only used in the way it is intended to.


This protects individuals. It is important to ensure all business' individuals contact are on the register prior to handing over any sensitive information.

Consultation Policy. 

Unsure of what service you require?


We offer a free consultation service where you can meet our Independent Nurse Prescriber Injector, discuss areas you would like treated and create an appropriate plan to achieve your desired look.


Due to many unattended appointments we request a booking fee however this will be REFUNDED if you choose not to go ahead with treatment.

If a treatment appointment is booked this deposit may taken off the full price of treatment at the discretion of our injector.
